SERENA LIM
Founding Director

Serena’s group of companies services over 250 law firms in Singapore and Malaysia. As a legal technology and litigation support consultant to law firms, Serena has been helping small and mid-size law firms integrate technology into their practices for over 15 years. Prior to starting Bizibody in 2000, she was the managing partner of Khattar Wong & Partners’ (now Withers KhattarWong LLP) Hong Kong office and specialised in corporate and real estate law.
Her legal background, daily dealings with her law firm clients, and her fascination with technology and business trends gives her a bird’s eye view of the impact of the information revolution on legal practice, and what law firms need in order to continue to thrive.
Her work includes technology projects to automate standardised processes, increase efficiency and, increasingly, create new business models and new ways of delivering legal services.
Serena works closely with the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law, and the Singapore Judiciary. She has also contributed to the design and delivery of practice management courses at the Temasek Business School and the Law Society of Singapore.
TAN KOK SIONG
implementation and technical support lead
Kok Siong is a Bizibody veteran and has been overseeing the implementation and technical support of all the legal technology applications we provide to law firms since 2002. He is the product specialist of our document management and assembly solutions, Worldox and Hotdocs, and also project manages the in-house development of solutions that are developed by the Bizibody team, including LawCloud and bespoke technology developments for legal institutions.
Kok Siong has almost 20 years of experience in IT support and management service. His broad-based IT knowledge, combined with his easy manner and extensive experience working with the legal industry, has earned him great praise from clients and colleagues.
JENS BROKOB
SENIOR DEVELOPER
Jens has more than 20 years of experience in internet application development and website design, with deep expertise in PHP, Linux server administration, and Amazon Web Services. He has been instrumental in some of Bizibody’s most significant technical projects, including the Singapore Law Courts’ JusticeOnline system and the Singapore Academy of Law’s LawNet Legal Prospector.
Today, Jens focuses on custom automation and integration work — building the bespoke connections between systems that off-the-shelf tools cannot provide, and developing the tailored applications that allow Bizibody’s clients to extend their technology infrastructure in ways that fit their specific practice needs.
ZAKIAH SHARIFF
HEAD OF PRACTICE MANAGEMENT
Zakiah oversees the project management, setup, training, and migration of practice management systems across Bizibody’s client base. Her role spans two critical areas of law firm operations: bookkeeping and compliance, where she ensures firms meet their obligations under the Solicitors Accounts Rules; and practice management implementation, where she leads Clio deployments from initial setup through to staff training and go-live.
Her dual focus means she understands how the financial and operational layers of a law firm connect — and how to configure practice management systems so that the workflow, billing, and compliance functions work together from day one.
ZULAIKHA SHARIFF
HEAD OF LITIGATION SUPPORT
Zulaikha leads Bizibody’s litigation support practice, bringing specialist expertise in the project management of time-sensitive, document-intensive dispute matters. She is adept at both front-room client engagement and managing the operational demands of a litigation support bureau — coordinating teams, meeting hard deadlines, and maintaining precision under pressure.
Her work spans the full litigation support lifecycle — document processing, discovery review, and trial preparation — and she has a strong command of the technology platforms that make large-scale litigation manageable, including Litigation Ready and Disclosure Ready. She is equally focused on the implementation side, project managing the deployment of litigation support tools for law firms that are building or scaling their dispute resolution capability.
